We begin uploading Fall/Winter fashions in August, (as they are made available). The best time to order the Fall/Winter fashions is from August - November.
We begin uploading Spring/Summer fashions in January, (as they are made available). The best time to order Spring/Summer fashions is from January - April.
Fashions are still available after the peak seasons but it is best to check the items availability.

Our goal is to provide prompt and professional service so you can have a great  shopping experience.

Domestic shipping- (US LOWER 48)- We ship via UPS, Fed-ex, and USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders of $199.00 or more. Orders of a lesser value will be applied a standard rate of $14.99. Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your destination. Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number.  Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email, this email will include a tracking number so you can keep track of your order. We also ship to APO/FPO/ APE destination via USPS.

Overnight shipping. Saturday or expedited shipping is available to most destination, however you will need to call us for rates and delivery estimates ahead of time.

International shipping---We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors, number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping.

If you plan to order several suits, please call us first before ordering so we can determine the least expensive shipping price for you.
 
Additional Charges: Due to the size of most designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges, and additional $30 may be charged to ship Hats with suits.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs.

Return Policies

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCHANGES/REFUNDS will not be permitted for ordering a suit that does not fit you, so please take your measurements  to confirm your size if you are still unsure please call (904) 487-9254 to help confirm that you are ordering the right size.

We are required by law to collect all sales taxes based on where your order is being shipped or delivered. When you review your order total during the checkout process, you'll see the amount of sales tax that will be charged to your credit card to reflect the applicable state and local taxes.

 We offer shipping to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO addresses for no additional cost. (Sorry, no international orders.)

A: If you are not completely satisfied with a galacar.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Note that this refund will include the duties and taxes that were initially paid at checkout, but will not include the cost of shipping. Our customer care center will assist you with your return. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send us an e-mail by clicking galacar@galacar.com. In your e-mail, you must include your GALACAR.COM order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Based on the item(s) being returned, we will e-mail you the exact value of your credit, the shipping address of our returns processing center, and your return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable.
  3. Fill out the packing slip that was placed in your original order. If you do not have your packing slip, you can reprint it. The bottom of the page will prompt you to print your return slip.
  4. Please help us improve our service by telling us why you are not satisfied with your purchase. Write the return reason code in the boxes provided.

  2. In the field indicated on your return slip, write in the RMA # assigned to you in your e-mail.
  3. Insert your items and your completed return slip in the original shipment packaging. Clearly mark the outside of the package with your RMA and the shipping address of our returns processing center, provided to you in your e-mail.
  4. Take your package to any carrier. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.
  5. Once received at our returns facility in Florida, your return will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. This typically takes 10 to 15 business days. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear.

You may pay for your online purchases with the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Sorry, checks are not accepted at our online store.

Order Received
 Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive two e-mails, order confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately after your order has been placed. Once your order ships from our facility in the U.S., you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.  It will include a shipping ID allowing you to track your order.

We Value your Business & will gladly exchange any item within 3 days at NO additional charge - just include $3.00 to cover return shipping & handling fees. 

If not satisfied with the product for ANY reason within the first 3 days - simply return item in same SELLABLE condition as received. ... that means the item has not been worn or altered.  Email/Call me prior to shipping/delivering item(s) back. 

Refunds* are issued within 48 hours of receipt of package/item(s)  - amount will be Total Purchase price less applicable fees - shipping charges/special delivery/ring box "OR" as stated herein:

Undeliverable :  If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not or Undeliverable in three 3 attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.
