Choose Your Burn It Off Style...This time is for You!
I exercise at 6:00 am to approximately 6:30 am Monday - Friday. This helps me to burn it off and increase m leg circulation. If I miss my morning or if its cut short in the morning, at night right before I get into the shower, I look in the mirror and turn on a tape and dance to burn it off for about 15 minutes. I'm going to start walking (time and place to be announced). I hope not to walk alone.
